Receiving emails

I have my emails from Plusnet coming through Windows Live. I have suddenly
developed a problem and cannot receive them, although i can send. They are on
my webmail. I have checked all settings and everything seems ok. Plusnet
cannot see a problem. Prior to this I did experience the Hotmail problem
which was resolved. I have tried switching off Virus protection and still
nothing comes through and i do not get any error messages so did not realise
anything was wrong for several days. Any ideas?

Uninstall your AV and then re-install it without the email integration option
(scanning)

If by "Windows Live" you mean Windows Live Mail, you will get more
help by posting that question in the WLM newsgroup:
