Receiving email from myself ??

Everyday I receive email from my own email address. I did not send them.
They are all junk mail.
How do I stop these emails from coming?
And How do people do this, get my address and send this junk mail to me with
my own address?

There is no sure way to stop spam. However, you can set up a message
rule that if an incoming message is from your email address, have it go
into the Junk folder. I use that rule myself, since I seldom send email to myself.
