Receiving Duplicate Mails

I have a problem of receiving duplicate mails. Does the problem lies
with the email server (M Daemon) or outlook 2003
 
Possibly either. I'd try to download all messages on the server using
another email application and see if it helps Outlook after that. Also
disable any email antivirus integration.
