receiving attachment on Outlook Express

Hi,

I have Outlook Express running on Windows XP. When I open up an incoming email
with an attachment, I see this message:

OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments in your mail: filename

How do I make it so that I can receiving attachments thru Outlook Express?

Tools-> Options-> tab Security-> option Do not llow attachments...

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.
Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
