Whenever I get an e-mail I get 2 copies, 2 of the same e-mail in my inbox.

I am unable to find anything in the support pages. Can anyone help?

Thanks,

I fogot to mention, I am using Outlook 2007 w/ all updates and service packs
applied. XP MCE 2005 is my OS.

The leave messages on server is unchecked for all accounts.

Do you have any rules set up that might be acting on the same message in
succession? This scenario often causes unwanted duplicates. Make sure your
rules contain "stop processing more rules" so that when an e-mail message
matches the criteria of one rule, it follows that rule but then won't follow
any other rules beneath it.

All my rules do is seperate e-mails based on account name. For example, I
have rules that say e-mails received from (e-mail address removed) are moved to
the "k2nnj" folder. I have 3 rules for the 3 e-mail accounts that I have. I
have never had this problem before. And it only seems to do it on the
account I mentioned above.

I made a change where I did the above to move e-mails from Blockbuster to
the "Blockbuster" folder. This was done 3 days ago.

How do I tell Outlook to stop processing more rules?

Thanks,

I figured it out! Somehow, I was directing mail from one e-mail account be
moved to the correct folder and another (wrong) folder for a same account,
hence receing a duplicate copy of the e-mail. I am surprised that I did not
check that.

A Tech Support Rep. from my ISP figured it out through a chat session where
they can (if you let them) take over you're computer.

Thanks for the help!
