When I use my at&t acount I get this message: "error 0s800ccc7d. Your
outgoing (SMTP) server does not support secure connections. If secure
connection have worked in the past contact your isp." I did and they don't
support Outlook, just Outlook Express. I have tried suggestions on Microsoft
site, to know avail. All my other accounts work fine. Any thoughts?

Uncheck "My outgoing server requires authentication" in your Account,
Connections tab since secure connections is not supported.

Thanks; but this did not work; I also tried removing the SMTP "secure
authization required" in the advanced tab and that didn't work either

On the Advanced tab for your account, uncheck the "use SSL" box for the
server.

Uncheck the ssl on the incoming or outgoing server or both?

If you're able to receive mail with SSL enabled, just disable it for
outgoing.
