Receive Error Ox80072EE7 at Windows Update

Trying to update Windows XP with SP2 and cannot connect to the Windows
website that has the updates and receive Error Ox80072EE7. Also have not
been able to connect to Symantec LiveUpdate for Norton Antovirus or to
connect to Symantec Website to download Antivirus 2005 which I purchased.
