Receive e-mails but cannot send

From my laptop I used to be able to receive and send e-mails from my office
(Windows 2000 server) and from Home (wireless network Linksys). One day I
was not able to send e-mails from one of my e-mails accounts from home but
it works from the office.
I have a Firewall Zone alarm at home with my wireless server.
Everything else works perfect but this account.
Any suggestions?
Your help will be very appreciated.

What version of Outlook? What sort of account(s)? Do you get error
messages? If so, what are they?
