Receipt time off by 6 hours?

Ok, I have read many many posts here about time zone. I am in EST and my read
receipts are all stamped 6 hours ahead of my time. My time zone is set to EST
and my computer clock is correct. My sent and received email times are
correct, but the read receipt times are way off by 6 hours ahead. The person
I get the receipts from are in Florida with me... so this is very odd that
the receipt time is off by so many hours. Makes it very confusing to say the
least. Is there a fix for this? Thanks to anyone who replies.

Click on the link below, and it should open this newsgroup in
Windows Mail. Reply from there, and that way I can verify whether
your PC's time zone is set correctly.
