No, it's not possible to do with internet email.
In some rare cases, it's possible to do so within an office environment,
depending upon the email system.

Yes, and it isn't possible. This is a feature available only on a few
corporate mail systems, such as Exchange servers.

Google mail is starting to offer a short-term "undo", which basically means
they hold the message for a few minutes, so you can stop it if you realize
you didn't mean to click send before it really goes.

Sorry there isn't better news.

The same way one would get mail from a snail mail box; you can't.
