Recalling messages

Is Outlook able to recall messages from accounts outside of Outlook. For
example, yahoo, hotmail, etc.
 
No, those are web based mail servers. You cannot use Outlook for free web mail.
 
If you are using their paid service, yes. Otherwise, no.
