recalling a sent message

I want to recall a sent message but haven't got the option
in Messages.
What can I do about that?

To recall a message, open the message from the Sent Items folder. Go to the
Actions menu and choose Recall This Message.

This only works in Outlook 98-2003. Outlook Express doesn't have this
feature.

Message recall "works" [1] only on Exchange server....

[1] And rarely works even then, to be honest.
