recall does it leave time details?

I sent a message on accident and the recall was succesful but will the
recipient still get an email saying an email was recalled? Or does it leave
nothing on the recipients inbox..I hope

If using Exchange, the recipient will get a recall request - it is not automatic. Using POP3 mail means that using message recall will not work.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, mistake email asked:
