Reboots every 15-minutes UPDATE

Right before my computer reboots, I can hear the hard-drive start to spin.
So, on a lark, I hit CTL+ALT+DEL and right before the system shut down, this
file popped-up: wmiprvse.exe

I did watch several Windows Media programs last night. Could that be
related to my problem?
