How often is it recommened to reboot a windows 2K advanced server ?

As often as required......

No, that wasn't sarcastic. It really depends on the server hardware,
configuration, OS, applications or circumstances while running. Say for
example, you are running a DC. There's really no reason to re-boot it unless
you have made changes that require one. Sometimes you can have a "leaky" app
that has a memory leak and over time uses up more and more memory. Most of
us who use Citrix, will recommend re-booting at least once a week. Some
suggest every night.

Frankly, in most cases, you'll just let the server run and run and run and
run and run and.....
