reboot

sometimes i will receive a re-boot message on my pc for no
apparent reason. i must reboot in order to operate the pc.
i have windows 2000 SP4 build 2195 installed on a compaq
ipaq 500MHZ with 128 MB RAM.

Without the message your seeing, or what events you see in the logs that
might point to a problem, this is really just shooting in the dark as to a
cause. "Often" times reboots are forced by different applications and/or
services that may be running on it, but really need more info to be helpful.
How often does that happen?
