See MVP Jim Eshelman's web page for STOP errors at
http://www.aumha.org/win5/kbestop.htm and click on the "D1: Driver
IRQL..." link in the left side column.

Because it is an intermittent issue I would rate a hardware problem,
such as defective RAM, as being the more likely cause.

Good luck

I think, that must be a windows problem, if there are a demaged hardware,
then i will never get in to windows (sorry for my bad english), but i get in
after 3 or more times.
safe mode boot perfect, without errors, all programs run normaly, and all
hardware diagnostic tool find not errors, so in that page i see not my error
details.
problems start to appears when i had to reinstall windows, that was killed
afteri tried instal prerelease sp2. This is a fresh install with all possible
upgrades (not sp2)

Software is always consistent. A software problem affecting the
bootup will always affect the bootup.

Hardware problems, especially where the problem is temperature
related, can be inconsistent.

If the computer starts okay in Safe Mode but not every time in normal
mode then this indicates that the problem is with some sort of
accessory or peripheral device that is not accessible when running in
Safe Mode.

Try removing as many accessory cards as you can from the computer
(e.g. all but the video card) and unplug everything but the keyboard,
monitor, and mouse. Does that result in any difference in the
behavior of the computer when you start it up normally?

If so then try adding back these items one at a time, testing the
computer after each one, until the problem comes back. Then you will
know that the last item you reinstalled/reconnected is the culprit.

Good luck
