How do i get my accounts back?
I was having some issues with freezing on my computer lately so I did a
reboot on my computer, but when I started it over all i see now is the
administrator account and not my original accounts however if you go on
documents and settings you still see them there.

Let's determine first what accounts exist on your PC. Try this:
1. Click Start / Run
2. Type the three letters cmd
3. Click the OK button.
4. Type this command and press Enter:
net user
What accounts do you see?

When you say "reboot" do you mean the classic definition of turning the
computer off and back on again? Or are you (incorrectly) using it to
indicate that you performed some sort of restore/reinstall of Windows? If
that is the case (and it sounds like it is) then the accounts themselves are
gone. You will have to recreate them and copy the necessary data from the
user profile folders left behind from the previous installation.
