reboot over and over again

i downloaded the scurity express patch no4 and then
rebootet the machine, and now, all it does is rebooting
over and over again. it just shuts down when it is
halfways done rebooting and starts again. has anyone an
idea, what to do?
 
I had the same problem and used rebooted in safe mode.
Then i removed the down load but now my password is
corrupted and i can't get in at all.....good luck
