Reboot From Command Line or Batch File

Is there a way to force a shutdown - restart
under the DOS command line or from a Batch
File. I am trying to force a reboot under
the control of Program Scheduler. My system
starts to slow down after several days of up
time - I think it is memory leaks, so I want
to force a restart on a regular basis.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can shutdown and reboot XP from the command line
function. Open up a command line window and type the
command "shutdown ?" It will give you a list of all the
options for shutdown. To reboot would be "shutdown -r"
Just create a batch file and schedule how often you wish
it to run.

Thank you!
