Reboot causes home network to be lost

I have 4 computers using HPNA (home phone network adaptor) and a router. All
computers are running Windows XP. I set up a home network (titled HOME) on
all computers.I have 2 problems.

1. Everytime a computer is rebooted I have to re-set up the home network on
that computer. Why is it losing the network setup?

2. I seem to be unable to share one of the printers on the network - a
Canon Pixma ip4000. I went into printers and faxes and selected share
printer. But I cannot see this printer from any of the other computers. Any
ideas why I can not see this printer on the network?

What settings is it "losing" - what are the exact symptoms?

Can you go to \\computername and see the share? If so, right-click on it,
and choose Connect.
