Reboot after Startup - encountering error code 1000008e

Good Morning,

everytime i start my computer, it reboots after a very short time.
Already formatted my harddrive and reinstalled Windows, used new
Drivers for several Devices and patched Windows at the newest level.
No result, the system is still rebooting.

Do some testing on your hardware since by doing a fresh install you
have eliminated software issues
1. RAM with memtest86 http://www.memtest86.org
2. HDD with diagnostics from manufacturer's web site
3. Visusally inspect the system board for distended / leaking caps
4. replace your power supply with a known good one of at least 350w
5. ensure all fans are functioning and the CPU heat sink is free of
dust/lint
