Rearrange Task Bar?

Can someone tell me if there a way, or an application, that will let me rearrange the
applications in the Windows XP Pro task bar?

So I can move IE over to the left, Firefox to the right, etc?

If you want the IE icon first, open IE first. If you want Firefox's icon on
the end, open it last.

....enables you to 'drag and drop' taskbar buttons around on your
taskbar.
