Rear Microphone in-jack disabled.

By default, the rear microphone in-jack was disabled and the front mic
in-jack is enabled. Now I wish to enable the rear mic in-jack for use. Who
could help?

Audio properties or device manager are the places to start.

Probably:
Control Panel
Sound and Audio devices
Audio Tab
In Sound recording, make sure correct device is selected from the
dropdown
Select Volume
Under Microphone, select Advanced...
Deselect Front Panel Microphone.
