Realtek + Vista SP2

Hi,

After downloading Vista SP2 from my MSDN account I am finding that my
Realtek network card is appearing in the 'Safely Remove Hardware' icon
at the bottom of the screen.

Anyone else experience this, or indeed know how to fix it?
