However,after about half hour,
the sound appears to be distorted or scratchy. Then
there will be the following two symptoms:
(1)Some times, a sound appears to play, but I do not
hear anything;
(2)Many times, the computer can not play a sound, and
I receive a sound-related error message : "Windows cannot
play the %systemroot%\media\windows XP Ding.wav file.
The file may be damaged or may use an unrecognized
compression format. To resolve this problem,replace the
file or use Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel to
install Audio Compression."
I want to get your technical support as soon as possible.
Thanks.
