Realplayer and Flash Player

Realplayer disappeared from my system. I tried to install again but it says I
do not have authority and I should see my system administrator. I have
checked all my settings and cannot see why I cannot run this program.

Flashplayer just wont operate.

Any ideas?

Did you ask tech support at Real and Macromedia for help?

Try making Macromedia.com a trusted site in Internet Explorer, then attempt
to download the player. Not sure why you want RealPlayer as it's really just
adware and a snoop on your system. Flash video on the other hand is better
quality without the intrusiveness.

Jerry thanks, I did ask Real for help and they simply directed me via a link
to download again. I have not contacted macromedia but shall now. Thanks again
