RealPlay.exe error

I get this when RealPlayer launches:

Helix DSWnd: RealPlay.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x7c910de3" referenced memory at "0xffffff8". The memory
could not be "read".
Click OK to terminate the program.

How can I fix this.
It just started happening today.

For starters:
First run memtest86+. 1GB RAM will take about 12 hours to run the full test.
run sfc /scannow
Uninstall Real player then reinstall.
