realone player

i get a message when i try to open realone player it says
(microsoft visual c +runtime library)and i cant find any
way to solve this problem ,ive typed in the codes ion the
microsoft website but they didnt help.hope someone can
help with this

Hello

Tr removing the application and reboot your pc and
then re-install that application and see what happens.
