really annoying thing popping up

i'm not sure what i did, but recently whenever i try to open a video in media
player i keep getting this popup.
"please wait while windows configures Photo Gallery"
it also happens on some other occasions. it's really annoying and i was
wondering if anyone knows what it is and how to stop it.

possible new plugin or another program has added a Photo gallery plugin to WMP.

check add or remove programs for any "Photo Gallery" entries. or other
recently installed Photo editing programs.

Windows XP error with Photogallery

"..windows configuring photogallery" error found my answer at www.allinoneonline.com under the Help & Support Tag.

It sorted my problem out.
