Real Tough One & No- One To Turn Too HELP!

Tough to explain. I had Incredimail version 908 or something and it
failed to work right. So I was going to delete it and install newest
version 1184 but before I did I copied the inboxes to save all my
email and address folder. I deleted Incredimail adn Installed the new
one and copy and pasted in exact folder where the new ones were and
they pasted. Then I shut it down and rebooted and now they are all
gone and I'm talking mail I saved from New Years of this year. It
seems like either they were incompatiable versions but never showed.
They address folder is there but will not show the adresses. How come.
This is an XP machine. Nick
 
hmmmm are you sure the files are gone?
if they're not, try to uninstall the 1184 and return back to 908. afterwards
install the 1184 WITHOUT moving any file
