Real Tek audio problems

i recently experienced the following error message upon start up:
where can i locate proper drivers and how do i install them so i get audio
back onto my pc?

Please no windows downloads, quick fixes, vague sketchy links. please only
reliable, proven downloads for the Realtek Audion software that I
inadvertently removed from my pc after some random, sketchy quick fix
software called Regcure "corrected" errors on my computer and only created
more problems.
This all because of Rogers self-healing software malfunctioned and caused an
error message at start-up that wouldn't go away, now they won't take
responsibility for it. Don't trust Rogers!
pls help.

try this link. it will make you download a hotfix from Microsft. That will
fix your issue. The problem occurs when a critical update with a bug is
inatalled. Here is the link

Copy and paste this to your browser. It will take you to a Microsoft
Download Verification Site. Hit the download button, and then install the
hotfix. It will work.
