I am a teacher. is it possible to put real subliminal messages into
powerpoints, like "WAKE UP" or "LISTEN" ?

Subliminal messages on un-informed subjects would be a might bit un-ethical, don't you think? Besides, PowerPoint sometimes doesn't work very smoothly.

You might have one of the hick-ups while the subliminal message is displayed and end up displaying the message for several seconds. So in short, no, not really. You will have to depend on other methods to keep the kids awake.

<G>!

Besides, if you need to tell the students to wake up, presumably it's because
they've nodded off. If they've nodded off, they won't see the subliminal
messages anyhow.
