real player won't run

I Have tried realplayer 2 gold,
and the new real player 10,

but neither runs. they both run fine at work where
I have an XP machine, but on my Win2k machine at home
I get
instruction at "whatever" refrenced memory at "something"
the memory could not be read.

Or
instruction at "whatever" refrenced memory at "something"
the memory could not be written.

Check with Real support for help with this. Sounds like you might have an
issue during the install.
