Real Player Install Problem

Every time I try and install any version of Real Player I get the following
message at 13%:

"You currently do not have Administrator access to the Windows registry.
Please see your System Administrator to install RealPlayer."

I get the message regardless of what user account I use and they all have
Admin privileges.

Any ideas?

Try installing an older version of RealPlayer and then using its update
software to bring it to the current version.

Tried that, I get teh same message.
