ReadyBoost Question

Hey,
I just recently (tonight) transformed my 1 gig SD Card into a ReadyBoost
drive to speed up my system. Simple enough. And it works great! Props to
Microsoft for this new feature.

However, I'm not certain if I should make it a FAT, FAT32, or NTFS file
system. Does this make a difference? I've looked on many forums for the
answer and it seems that nobody agrees. If you fell knowledgable on this
issue, please help me. Let's discuss.

Or, if you happen to have it, you could give me Bill Gates' personal email
address. lol
