Readyboost not working after sleep

I have a 2 gigabyte USB drive dedicated to ReadyBoost. Everything with the
drive works properly until I put my system to sleep. When I bring the system
back up, I am given the message that my drive is not functioning at USB2.0
speeds and that it would benefit from the enhanced interface. The problem is
that the port is indeed a 2.0, as well as the drive, and switching ports does
nothing to solve the problem. ReadyBoost does not seem to be running during
this time either.

Has anyone else seen this problem, and if so is there a solution out there?

Motherboard is a nForce 4 with the latest drivers from Nvidia.
