Reading Win 98 QIC backup files on XP

I've recently stumbled across some old QIC files that were created using
the Windows 98 backup utility. Has MS ever provided a utility to read
these file from an XP machine? If not, can anyone recommend a freeware
or shareware package that can read these files?
