I've just installed Outlook 2007 and really like it.

Just one thing: how can I enable the reading pane for the Outbox? It's
there for all the others.

I've trawled through Google but can't find anything on this.

Thanks for any help,

SteveT

I don't think you can since viewing a mail in the Outbox typically makes it
unsendable so it'll sit in the Outbox forever.

Ah! That explains a stuck email I had, too. I double clicked it to check
it before it went off, and it never went.

What a strange limitation in the software, though. You can certainly view
Outbox emails in Outlook Express and Windows Live Mail without doing any
harm.

Still, thanks for explaining the mystery!

Because of outlooks greater programming capabilities, there is a greater
risk viewing in the review pane will mark the messages as read.
