Preview Pane at Outbox

I have Outlook 2002 (10.6515.6626) SP3 on WindowsXP Pro. Is there a
way to get the Outbox to display a Preview Pane? When the Outbox is
open, "Preview Pane" does not appear in the View dropdown menu,
although that option does appear, and when selected, does work
properly, for the other mailboxes in the Folder List. AutoPreview
shows a couple of lines, which helps, but if Preview Pane is available
in Outbox, I would like to use it. Thanks.
