How does one setup outlook 2003 to read newsgroup?
I look at the help menu and I cant get it to work.
Or should I just stick to using outlook express for reading newsgroups?

Are there any advantages from one to the other?

Outlook doesn't have a native newsreader; never had and probably never will.
You are probably missing the Go-> News option. To get it back make sure OE
is selected as your default e-mail newsreader in Control Panel-> Internet
Options-> tab Programs.
