Reading more than one email address into a profile

Is it possible, does anyone know, to read more than one
email address into your outlook profile and have your
replies go from the same address, for example to have
(e-mail address removed) and (e-mail address removed) both appear in
the same inbox but when you hit reply to an incoming email
it defaults the return address as the email address the
user initially sent in the email to?

If this makes sense?

If you are using POP3 then Yes, as long as they are in different POP3
accounts, if connecting to Exchange then No
