REading messages from differant accounts

Hi I am hoping someone can help me , our home pc like many other's has
numerous accounts, mine , his, kids blah blah but how do I get to read all
the same messages in outlook express 6 . the e-mail addy is the same so why
is it if I am signed in on my account and start outlook there is messages
from certain people but when I log into hubby's account and start outlook
those messages are no where , same if theres a new mail and I read it on one
account its not there on other account and we have to keep signing in and out
of pc accounts .. so you can imagine any help on this would be great
