Reading Layout

I don't often use Reading Layout as I can't really see any benefit to it,
however, some of my colleagues do so I thought I would give it a try.........

I am viewing a large document that has several 'screen shots', text boxes
etc. and the screen shots don't always appear, the text boxes and other
objects do not appear in the same place as in Print Layout View and even some
numbered points I have don't appear properly either??

Is there a setting I need to change or is this how it works???

That's how it works, which is to say, not at all well for highly formatted
documents. It's evidently designed for maximum readability of straight text
documents, such as legal briefs and the like.
