Here is your first real step upgrading your computer skills.
Google doesn't bite:
http://www.google.com/search?&q=BT+Yahoo+Outlook+Express
See the four words I used for the search?
BT
Yahoo
Outlook
Express
And then check out the results when you use the link. You might want to
add a Bookmark in your web browser for your ISP, once you are done with
setting up you email in OE.

Steps are for Outlook Express 5/6:
Open 'Outlook Express' mail client.
Click on 'Tools' and select 'Accounts' tab from it.
The 'Internet Accounts' window will pop up.
Click on 'Mail' tab and from the list of accounts (only if you have more
than one account); highlight the 'mail.btinternet.com' account and click on
'Properties' icon.
The 'Properties' tab will pop up.
Click on the 'Advanced' tab.
Under 'Delivery' field, place a tick in 'Leave a copy of messages on server'
check box.
Click on 'Apply' and 'OK' to save your settings and then select 'Close' to
return to Outlook Express.
Once the above steps have been accomplished, you can access emails on the BT
Yahoo! mail server (web mail) as well as Outlook Express.
