What program did you have installed on the W98 machine to
read databases? Perhaps it was a spreadsheet? It might
have even been a renamed program used with some commercial
BDM program, but it is probably just a modified database or
spreadsheet.
Who produced the BDM CD? They can tell you for sure. But
if you have Excel or Access you could try those.
