Read / Write on CD-RW

When I save any information on my CD-RW it is always
saved as "read-only." How can I change it to read and
write?
 
CD's are always read-only, unless you burn/format them with packet writing
software. (xp does not have this). You need some cd burning software that
does packet writing like roxio easy cd creator or nero's incd. Then you will
be able to use the cd like a floppy disk.
