Read receipt

Is there a way to request a read receipt on an individual
email. I only see the Tools-Option-Email Option to ask
for read receipts on all my email. I would like to
individually select which emails as for a read receipt.

in OL2002 - in the new message select Options > Options > check the box
under Voting and Tracking
