Read Receipt not received

I am not receiving Read receipts from the email receipient. I have check to
see if they are clicking on the Reipt window as "Yes" to the request and they
are. I have checked to see if their setting are correctly ticket off and they
are. Can anyone comment on this problem?
 
They could be dropped by the mail server sending out or be filtered by the
mail server receiving. Verify with your mail admin or ISP.
