Read public folder via IMAP

Hi,

I have a program that can connect to an IMAP server and read emails
from there.

I would like to use that program to read emails from a public folder
(i.e. something that appears as a public folder in Outlook) or a pst
files.

Is this possible?

In other words, is it possible to set up access to an Outlook public
folder via the IMAP interface?
